Brett Schroyer concentrates his practice on civil litigation and insurance defense including workers’ compensation, general liability and subrogation. Mr. Schroyer’s practice also includes family law, comprising divorce, alimony, equitable division of property, child custody and visitation, child support, legitimation, family violence, grandparent adoption and modification or enforcement of court orders.

Mr. Schroyer also serves as a guardian ad litem in contested custody matters and volunteers his time representing indigent clients in domestic relations matters. Brett also has experience in the areas of commercial litigation and plaintiff's personal injury in both Federal and Georgia state courts..

Mr. Schroyer received his Bachelor of Arts in history from North Georgia College in 1996 and graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2002, the same year he was admitted to the Georgia Bar. 

Outside of work, Mr. Schroyer enjoys spending time with his wife and their two spoiled Jack Russell terriers. Mr. Schroyer also enjoys building scale aircraft modeling and classic films.
